WHO YOU ARE
You are an Oddefy Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you lead and execute the campaigns of all the accounts you cover and ensure that it is done properly and effectively, meeting all the requirements and ensuring client satisfaction that will secure the retention of the business. Along with the Senior AE, you also aid in expanding the agency’s business within the accounts you handle, opening referrals leading to portfolio expansion.
WHAT YOU DO
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
- Working along with the Account Lead to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the constant formulation of marketing strategies necessary to ensure client needs are met.
- Ensuring the daily operations of the live clients are well on track.
- Maintain good relationships with the clients and act as the link between the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both and ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Along with the BD Manager, you drive new leads and close deals to form new strategic partnerships for the agency.
- Open new opportunities to expand the agency’s business within the accounts you handle
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
- Handling budgets, managing campaign costs, and invoicing clients;
- Writing client reports and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, ensure that account KPIs are constantly met and often exceeded.
- Undertaking administration tasks, arranging and attending meetings, and executing all the groundworks necessary for the campaign.
- May also dabble into responding to comments, answer questions and engage with the online community of the clients to strengthen the relationship with them
