Applicants must have at least 2 years relevant experience. Agency Experience is a plus.

Who You Are

You are an Oddefy ACCOUNT MANAGER. You manage and oversee the key clients of the agency and is the main representative of the agency to them. Equipped with experience, you ensure that the accounts you cover are managed properly and effectively, meeting all the requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction that will secure the retention of the business. You also aid in expanding the agency’s business within the accounts you handle, opening referrals leading to portfolio expansion.

What You Do

  1. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
  2. Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the constant formulation of marketing strategies necessary to ensure client needs are met.
  3. Ensuring the daily operations of the live clients are well on track.
  4. Maintain a good relationship with the clients and acting as the link between the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both and ensuring that communication flows effectively.
  5. Lead the account executives by overseeing the execution of all marketing initiatives.
  6. Open new opportunities to expand the agency’s business within the accounts you handle
  7. Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
  8. Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
  9. Handling budgets, managing campaign costs, and invoicing clients.
  10. Writing client reports and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, ensure that account KPIs are constantly met and often exceeded.

  3. You have a strong understanding about marketing and advertising; can develop a strong communication strategy that will answer the client’s needs.
  4. You are good at leading account executives to achieving their respective KPIs.
  5. You have strong resilience that enables you to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
  6. You have strong problem-solving skills, are able to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.
  7. You have enthusiasm about the industry with a real desire to keep up to date with new developments in the media and come up with ways to ensure the best practices are executed within your handled accounts.
