Media Performance Manager

Candidates must have at least 2 years relevant experience in Digital & Media Performance Management in the Advertising/Creative industry.



You are an Oddefy Media Performance Manager. You manage and oversee the overall performance of the agency’s current accounts across all channels. You equip and help lead the team with results-driven strategies. You make sure that these strategies are efficiently executed, ultimately  leading to the achievement of the agency’s KPIs. You are also the main driver of the team to the latest trends (digital or otherwise) in the industry, ensuring that our best practices are relevant and up to date.



  • Aid in developing overarching strategies for both current and prospective accounts, with an emphasis on crafting the right execution plans for campaigns.
  • Lead in developing the right phasing strategies for our accounts, especially making sure that feasibility is achieved.
  • Lead in developing KPIs and projections that accurately portray the objectives of the accounts.
  • Take charge in ensuring that all aspects of our accounts are achieving or surpassing the set KPIs.
  • Take charge in the strategizing, executing, and managing of paid digital campaigns on various ad platforms for our accounts.
  • Alongside the Strategy Director, spearhead the team’s know-how on digital marketing by constantly keeping up with the latest digital trends and best practices
  • Presenting alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account lead), the campaign ideas and budget to the client that involves digital marketing.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, analyze and interpret data, come up with the re-strategy on the duration of the campaign.

  • You have expertise on all the aspects of digital marketing and a thorough understanding of the inter-relationship and strategy for each of its forms.
  • You have strong coaching and mentoring skills that will equip you to develop and pass on the digital marketing practices to the agency.
  • You have strong communication – both written and oral – skills and can effectively convey complex ideas to both clients and team members.
  • You have a proactive attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage and lead people.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, are able to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • You have strong resilience to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
  • You have enthusiasm about marketing with a real desire to keep up to date with new developments in the media and be the main driver on marketing innovation within the group.
  • You have an acute eye for detail that will equip you to effectively oversee the digital marketing executions of all the agency’s digital campaigns.
  • You are able to lead the overall progress and effectiveness of campaigns, analyze and interpret data, and come up with the re-strategies for these.
