An Oddefy Multimedia Artist and your sharp eyes are your most valuable asset. You have a keen sense of aesthetics and the technical know-how to boot. Along with the Art Director, you create visual marketing materials through all media that not only fulfill the client’s brief; but make a strong and memorable impact, as well.

Laying the Groundwork

YOU KNOW

  • The latest trends and practices in marketing and advertising
  • The ins-and-outs of the latest design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and/or After Effects) 

Delving in the Nitty-gritty

YOU CREATE

  •  Fresh and innovative visuals, with the aid of the Art Director
  • Storyboards, mock-ups, and presentation decks
  • Social Media and Digital Content, static or animated
  •  Innovative ways to communicate a message and/or a brand

Concretizing the Abstract

YOU EXHIBIT

  • An open and collaborative work style
  • A strong understanding of marketing and advertising
  • Excellent organization skills
  • The ability to assimilate criticism in a way that betters your creative output
  • An integrated approach to design and its application in advertising
  • A willingness to learn new skills

Senior Multimedia Artist – Video Editor

Knowing the Basics

YOU ARE

A Prodd (Senior) Multimedia Artist You are the perfect mix of creativity and technical knowledge. Along with the rest of the Prodd and Creative team, you bring to life creative ideas in the form of engaging, visually effective, and impactful visuals and videos.

Laying the Groundwork

YOU KNOW

  • The latest trends and practices in Videography and Photography in marketing and advertising
  • How to understand a creative brief and implement creative direction
  • Video Creation and editing: The latest trends, tools and techniques used in work applications related to videography and video editing.
  • The ins-and-outs and how to use up-to-date software and equipment necessary to execute creative concepts (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and/or After Effects)
  • How to shoot videos and photos and can also work on editing of creative output
  • The essentials about production; including but not limited to casting, lighting, camera-work, and editing

Delving in the Nitty-gritty

YOU CREATE

  • Creating and editing high-quality content for all media including but not limited to: short-form videos, commercials, social media posts, static and motion graphics, animation, etc.
  • Storyboards, mock-ups and presentation decks that are necessary to sell your idea
  • Innovative ways to communicate a message and/or a brand

Account Executive

Candidates must have at least 1 years relevant experience as an Account Executive in the advertising/creative industry.

WHO YOU ARE
You are an Oddefy Account Executive
. As an Account Executive, you lead and execute the campaigns of all the accounts you cover and ensure that it is done properly and effectively, meeting all the requirements and ensuring client satisfaction that will secure the retention of the business. Along with the Senior AE, you also aid in expanding the agency’s business within the accounts you handle, opening referrals leading to portfolio expansion.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
  • Working along with the Account Lead to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the constant formulation of marketing strategies necessary to ensure client needs are met.
  • Ensuring the daily operations of the live clients are well on track.
  • Maintain good relationships with the clients and act as the link between the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both and ensuring that communication flows effectively.
  • Along with the BD Manager, you drive new leads and close deals to form new strategic partnerships for the agency.
  • Open new opportunities to expand the agency’s business within the accounts you handle
  • Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
  • Handling budgets, managing campaign costs, and invoicing clients;
  • Writing client reports and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, ensure that account KPIs are constantly met and often exceeded.
  • Undertaking administration tasks, arranging and attending meetings, and executing all the groundworks necessary for the campaign.
  • May also dabble into responding to comments, answer questions and engage with the online community of the clients to strengthen the relationship with them
WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to rightfully represent the agency and manage the client’s needs and expectations.
  • You have a strong understanding about marketing and advertising; are able to develop a strong communication strategy that will answer the client’s needs.
  • You have strong resilience that enables you to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, are able to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • You have enthusiasm about the industry with a real desire to keep up to date with new developments in the media and come up with ways to ensure the best practices are executed within your handled accounts.
  • You are a very strong and effective communicator- both written and oral skills that will help you sell ideas to both clients and team members. You are able to develop and effectively convey complex ideas that have the power to persuade and move its audience.

Business Development Executive

Candidates must have at least 1 years relevant experience as a Business Development Executive in the advertising/creative industry.

Who You Are

You are an Oddefy Business Development Executive. You are a key player in the agency’s effort to expand the business portfolio and open new opportunities that will impact its overall sales and revenue. You are the champion in coming up with different ways to find leads, close deals and foster new relationships that are beneficial to the agency. You are mainly responsible for achieving the company’s business goals along with the Business Development Manager & Director.

 

What You Do

  1. You venture out to drive new leads, close deals and form strategic partnerships for the agency.
  2. You champion and assist in streamlining the overall strategy of the pitches, ensuring that it is robust enough to win the client’s favor and close the deal. You come up with ways to improve its overall impact enough to win the pitch.
  3. You ensure the new and onboard clients are revenue generating and have a good understanding about the overall business profitability of each account to the agency.
  4. You maintain a good relationship with both incoming and incumbent clients of the agency.
  5. You keep track of the closed sales and newly closed projects ensuring that scope is being delivered accurately and efficiently by the team.
  6. You look into creative ways to further promote our agency and the work we do through social media & other channels.
  7. You assist the Business Development team & Business Development director in related activities/tasks.

 

What You Are Good At

  1. You are a very strong and effective communicator- both written and oral skills that will help you sell ideas to both clients and team members. You’re able to develop and effectively convey complex ideas that have the power to persuade and move its audience.
  2. You have a strong understanding about marketing and advertising; able to develop a strong communication strategy that will answer the client’s needs.
  3. You have a strong business sense and have a deep understanding about business development that will equip you to make the sound decision in crafting the cost estimate proposal and ensuring the best possible profitability of each account.
  4. You are good at liaising with people and has the eye to discern good potential clients that will be good partners for the agency
  5. You oversee the strategic business expansion along with the Managing Director
  6. You have the creativity and experience in doing initiatives that will improve the overall business development of the agency.
  7. You are good at leading the business development team to achieving tangible results and reach business targets impacting the overall profitability of the agency.
  8. You have strong resilience to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
  9. You have enthusiasm about the industry with a real desire to keep up to date with new developments in the media

 

Senior Account Executive

Candidates must have at least 1 years relevant experience as a Senior Account Executive in the advertising/creative industry.

Who You Are

You are an Oddefy Senior Account Executive. You manage and oversee the key clients of the agency and the main representative of the agency to them. Equipped with experience, you ensure that the accounts you cover are managed properly and effectively, meeting all the requirements and ensuring client satisfaction that will secure the retention of the business.  You understand the accounts you are assigned to and manage to ensure initiatives go towards achieving the objectives for the brand. You also aid in expanding the agency’s business within the accounts you handle, opening referrals leading to portfolio expansion.

 

What You Do

  9. Handling budgets, managing campaign costs, and invoicing clients.
  10. Writing client reports and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, ensure that account KPIs are constantly met and often exceeded.
  11. Working and understanding the strategies that will be implemented by the agency for the clients/brands.
  12. Creates Pitch Decks and briefing decks for the internal team and client
  13. Participates in coming up with the strategy for the accounts you handle and will be able to defend the ideas behind it during a pitch/presentation
